PETALING JAYA, 13 June 2025 — 10Star Cinemas, a subsidiary of MAA Group Berhad, has signed a landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Hextar World to open its flagship Klang Valley location at the iconic Hextar World at Empire City.

The MoU, signed between YM Tunku Dato’ Yaacob Khyra, Executive Chairman of MAA Group Berhad, En. Onn Norshal Hamzah, Chief Executive Officer of 10Star Cinemas, and Dato’ Eddie Ong, Group Chief Executive Officer of Hextar Group, signifies more than just an expansion, it is a bold move to redefine Malaysia’s cinema landscape through innovation, inclusivity and community empowerment.
